Contact
One address for everything: info@grabcanvas.com. Email goes to C. Kerger, who builds GrabCanvas, and is answered from San Francisco, usually within one business day.
Before you write
- Lost your license key? Email from the address you bought with and put "lost key" in the subject. We resend it the same day.
- Want a refund? See the refund policy: full refund within 30 days, just ask.
- Installation trouble? The download page covers SmartScreen on Windows, the Screen Recording permission on macOS and the extract-and-run steps on Linux.
- Launch offer? Use the launch offer form so we can track the 100 keys.
Reporting a bug
Include your operating system and version, the GrabCanvas version (Preferences → About), and what you expected to happen. A screen recording of the bug, made with GrabCanvas, is the fastest way to get it fixed. Attach it or drop it in a cloud folder and send the link.
Feature requests
Tell us what you were trying to do and where GrabCanvas got in the way. "I needed to blur a whole column of names in one go" is more useful than "add batch blur", because it lets us design the right thing. Requests from launch license holders go straight into the roadmap discussion.
Teams, education and press
Ten seats or more, school and university pricing, and review licenses all go to the same address. Say which one you're after in the subject line.
