What you're buying

Personal licenseOne person, every computer they personally use, on any of the three platforms. Install it on your work laptop, your home desktop and your Linux box.
Team licensesOne license per person who uses the app. For ten seats or more, email info@grabcanvas.com for a single invoice and a volume price.
Updates and supportEvery update released in the six months after you buy is free, including any new major version. After that the license never expires and your version keeps working; later updates are not included. Support is by email from the person who builds the app.

Pricing questions

Does the $29 license cover updates?

Yes, for six months from the day you buy. Every update released in that window is free, including a new major version such as 2.0. The license itself never expires, and the version you have keeps working for as long as you want to run it. Updates released after the six months are not included. For comparison, CleanShot X includes one year of updates, then about $19 per year.

Can I use one license on Windows, Mac and Linux?

Yes. The key is the same on all three platforms and covers the computers you personally use.

Is there team or volume pricing?

Teams buy one license per person. For ten seats or more, email info@grabcanvas.com and we'll send one invoice with a volume price.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days, and exports carry a watermark. After that, enter a license key in Preferences → License to unlock the app permanently. Nothing in your Library is lost.

Do you offer student or education pricing?

Email info@grabcanvas.com from a school address and we'll sort something out. We'd rather you used it than pirated it.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See refunds.
