Refund policy

Effective 14 October 2026

If GrabCanvas is not for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full price. No form to fill in, no reason required.

How to ask

1. Email info@grabcanvas.com from the address you bought with, or include your receipt.
2. Put "refund" in the subject. A sentence about what didn't work is appreciated but optional.
3. We confirm the same business day and issue the refund to the original payment method.

Timing

We process refunds within two business days. Card providers usually show the money within 5 to 10 business days after that. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued; you can still download GrabCanvas and use the 7-day trial.

After 30 days

Write anyway. We can't promise a refund after the window, but if something is genuinely broken for you we would rather fix it or make it right than keep your money.

Launch licenses

Launch licenses are free, so there is nothing to refund. If you no longer want yours, tell us and we'll pass it to the next person in line.

Team purchases

The same 30 days apply to team invoices. Partial refunds for unused seats are handled case by case; just ask.
